The new movie by Renjith, Kaiyoppu tells the story of Balachandran, an accountant turned writer. Mammootty plays the role of Balachandran. Others in the cast include Khushbu, Mukesh, Nedumudi Venu, Mammu Koya, Narayanan Nair, Anoop and Nilamboor Ayisha. Music is by Vidyasagar. Manoj Pillai cranks the camera.
